Pinot Grigio is a 100% varietal wine made from the variety of the same name (Pinot grigio, Pinot gris). This is the Alsatian type of wine, with an extremely strong character, oily and intense taste and a high, but well-balanced 13.5% of alcohol. It is rich with aromas of citruses, pears and melons, with an almondy long finish. It is strongly recommended with a nice bite of a river fish, such as catfish, zander and carp, as well as with sea fish and various roasts of intense taste whose texture will blend with the complex structure and fullness of taste of this wine. It was created out of winery’s owner love for the variety and his wish to create a wine from the variety he himself wished to enjoy.
