Egregor represents a complex metaphysical concept from the Hellenic era, but in the shortest definition, it refers to a common set of thoughts and emotions of all mental entities in one place that share a common motivation, including from the micro environment, such as the family, to the macro environment, which can be entire nations.
For this reason, we considered that the term is an almost ideal name for this wine, which with all its attributes has the characteristics of an Egregor for all those who will find their inspiration and connection with others similar to themselves while enjoying this wine.
Description
TASTE: We will let you discover the deep space and multi-layered nature of this wine for yourself, but we will tickle your imagination by noticing that this wine is characterized by exceptional extractiveness, elegant soft tannins, as well as almost imperceptible phenomenally balanced alcohols of around 14%, and a clear dominance of the Župa terroir, both in aroma and taste.
FOOD: This wine will go perfectly with the most demanding dishes with intense flavors and spices based on red meat and game, but it will also be a perfect pair with barbecue specialties, as well as dishes of increasingly popular Asian cuisine dominated by soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.
NOTE: Decanting is recommended for a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes, preferably longer.
