Burgundac sivi is a 100% varietal wine made from the variety of the same name (Pinot grigio, Pinot gris). This wine is an Alsatian type wine with an extremely strong character, strong oily body, intense flavor and high but well-balanced alcohol of 13.5%.

It is rich in aromas of southern fruits, pear, melon, with a long almond finish.

It is recommended exclusively with a good bite of river fish such as catfish, perch, carp, as well as with sea fish and various roasts with an intense flavor, whose texture will blend with the complex structure and full flavor of this wine. It was created out of love for the variety and as a desire of the owner of the winery to create a wine from the said variety that he himself wanted to enjoy.
