TASTE: This wine is the fruit of the creator’s desire to create a Shiraz that he himself would like to enjoy. It was born by triple fermentation in separate vessels with two different selected and one wild yeast. This approach gave it a wide variety of aromas and flavors.
SMELL: The first impression of the smell is mild smoke, an aroma that can be given by fermentation on wild yeasts, however, the smell quickly evolves towards black and small forest fruits, which can be clearly felt in the taste. This wine does not need decanting, because it has been aged in stainless steel vessels, and it has soft tannins, a medium body and a pleasant 12.5% alcohol. It is a closed red color, with purple shades.
COMPLEMENTS: At the table, it will be perfectly paired with meats with a stronger structure and a more intense taste, such as beef and lamb, then various steaks and grilled ribs, dough dishes dominated by red and meat sauces, as well as hard strong cheeses.
