This wine with a cute name and sparkling label was created by blending three varieties consisting of Burgundac sivi (Pinot Gris), Italian Riesling (Grašac) and Smederevka.

In several attempts to find the ideal ratio, it was concluded that exactly one third of each variety produces a wine in which no single variety dominates, and each brings out its best qualities. Burgundy Gray gives it fullness and extractiveness, Italian Riesling minerality and very interesting aromatic tones of white flowers, peaches, pears… while Smedereva gives it freshness and vibrant acids. With a pleasant 12.5% ​​alcohol, this wine is ideal for pairing with pasta dishes, light appetizers, river fish, seafood, as well as chicken and pork dishes with white sauces.
